Thrift Store Volunteers - Cashiers, Receiving/Pricing & Electronics Testing

Transitions Thrift Store aims to create revenue for the CR and NI Transitions Society and the programs they provide for women and children.  We strive to provide a positive and safe environment for volunteers.  

We would like a weekly commitment of 2 hours or more per week with one of the following positions:

Cashiers: Duties include working on cash, keeping the front area tidy, greeting customers and helping to create an enjoyable shopping experience, dusting, receiving donations and pricing items.

Receiving/Pricing: Receiving donations, unpacking and organizing, cleaning and pricing items for sale.

Electronics testing: Testing that items are tested and in good, clean working condition for sale.

Pre-requisites to volunteer:

RCMP check, Training/Orientation offered, Selection interview.
