Volunteer Lifeline Installer
The Volunteer Lifeline Installer, installs Lifeline Communicator Units in our client's home according to the installation process, policies, and protocols. The installer demonstrates the functions of the Lifeline Communicator Unit and ensures that the client knows how to use the equipment. Installers also perform maintenance calls that involve the replacement of unit batteries and Personal Help Buttons as needed.
Volunteer Installers require a vehicle to carry out installs within their community are are compensated at $.0.54 per kilometer.
Volunteers in the Campbell River area will have training and orientation, a Ministry of Justice check done and should provide references.
