JOB DESCRIPTION |
Adult Helpers are required to support Leaders at the relevant youth section in particular helping with the planning and delivery of the National Programme to the Kea, Cub, Scout or Venturer Group

SKILLS REQUIRED |
Team play, energy, honesty, awareness of child safety and child protection, and the ability to deliver structured programmes in a fun and engaging manner. |
LOCATION |
All Scout Groups in the Lower South Island |
DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED |
As groups meet on different days means that volunteering for SCOUTS can fit in with most people’s schedules |
DRESS CODE |
Smart casual according to the activities |
SUPERVISION AND TRAINING |
Support is provided in a fun environment. A complete leadership development programme is available. Peers support and mentoring. |
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS |
Police check required. Character references essential. |
