JOB DESCRIPTION

A volunteer is needed to prepare and present accounts at monthly meetings and to ensure that accounts payable are presented to the committee and authorised for payment on time. Books are required to be prepared in good time for audit for AGM and to oversee office management.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Basic accounts skills. Computer skills. MYOB.

LOCATION

2 Playfair Street, Caversham, Dunedin

DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED

Anytime, Thursday Mornings

DRESS CODE

No specific requirement

SUPERVISION AND TRAINING

Any training required within reason as necessary to the role.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Volunteers will need references from previous employers or organisations they have previously assisted. Reimbursement for out of pocket expenses can be negotiated.
