JOB DESCRIPTION

 Cat Rescue Dunedin are looking for volunteers to provide a temporary home for cat(s) and/or kitten(s).

To be able to provide food, bed and loving care to kitties. Sometimes it can be very scary for them and they need a lot of time and patience and sometimes not.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Volunteers need a love of animals, patience, kindness and empathy.

LOCATION

Volunteer’s own home

DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED

This would be on an ‘as needed’ basis

DRESS CODE

Pyjamas are fine for this one!

SUPERVISION AND TRAINING

We offer whatever support is needed. Always we aim to make sure the kitty will receive the highest standard of care so we are happy to visit the home and discuss what would work best in each situation.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Suitable accommodation (escape proof)!

Volunteers will be interviewed.
