JOB DESCRIPTION

Volunteer to assist trained adult leaders (commissioned officers) in the implementation of the yearly training programme and the weekly running of the group.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Volunteer must be good with young people, enthusiastic and committed. Some boating experience would be useful but not essential.

LOCATION

Port Chalmers

DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED

Thursday evenings.

Some Saturday and/or Sunday full days.

DRESS CODE

Tidy casual

SUPERVISION AND TRAINING

Induction to their role and further training provided.

Potential to become a fully trained Officer in New Zealand Cadet Forces, including NZQA qualifications.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Police check and Referees required.
