JOB DESCRIPTION |
We are looking for trustees who have some of the following skills and are Dunedin based. It will be an unpaid role and ideally for a minimum of two years. • Strategic and Governance Leadership • Asset and business management skills with financial acumen • Community Interests • Legal background • Lived experience of mental health • Chairing meetings • Minute taking |
SKILLS REQUIRED |
Previous experience on a board with a proven record is important. |
LOCATION |
Dunedin |
DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED |
To start in July and for at least 2 years. Our trust deed requires only 4 meetings per year. However we tend to meet every 2 months. Meetings should last only 1 hour on Tuesday Nights. |

SUPERVISION AND TRAINING |
Volunteer to be trained already but we do provide support at the Hope Centre |
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS |
To have an understanding and experience on governing a board. |
