RETAIL SALES - Volunteer Retail Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for bubbly, fun, energetic and reliable volunteers to join our Trade Aid Dunedin team. Are you passionate about fair trade and the values of Trade Aid? Then we are looking for you!  A number of shifts will be available during the week and on Saturday. 

Duties and responsibilities include

  • Customer service and sales
  • Stock pricing
  • Cash Handling
  • General cleaning duties

SKILLS REQUIRED

Friendly, reliable, honest, provide good customer service

LOCATION

133 George Street

DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED

We are open 6 days a week

Volunteers are required for one morning or afternoon shift once a week, minimum 3 hours to be arranged with the Manager.

DRESS CODE

Smart, casual, No open toed shoes.

SUPERVISION AND TRAINING

Full training provided in both customer service and fair trade knowledge

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

No previous retail experience is required.

Volunteers are required to provide a current CV and two referees.
