Administration Assistant

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The foundation is opening affiliate offices in various locations. A volunteer is needed to help with the administration support of the expansion. Detailed duties include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of the corporate branding

  • Preparing the standard operating procedures (the procedures just need to be formatted in accordance to Fibromyalgia Format)

  • Collating details of Fibromyalgia Support groups in Canterbury, Otago and Southland.

  • Assisting the CEO with expansion into the next 2 areas

        Central Otago and Balclutha

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Advanced IT skills – Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Excellent telephone mannerisms

LOCATION

17 Atkinson Street, South Dunedin or at the Volunteer’s home

DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED

This is a flexible role and times and dates required will depend on what the jobs require.
