JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Sewing group meets fortnightly on Tuesday mornings to sew labels on clothing for the residents. Hand sewing must be neat.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Ability to hand sew neatly.

LOCATION

8 Easter Crescent, Kew

Dunedin

DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED

Tuesday mornings, 9.30am - 11.30am

DRESS CODE

Tidy casual

SUPERVISION AND TRAINING

Support is given through paid staff supervising activity.

Training is offered for Infection Control.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Volunteers are required to be interviewed, police vetted, provide 2 referees who have known applicant for more than 1 year and are not related.

We provide the paperwork for the referees.

Volunteers will be reimbursed for out of pocket expenses (GoCard available if using a bus).
