FOOD PREP - Kitchen Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for volunteers to work weekdays and weekends from 3.00-6.30 pm. There is an information session available for potential volunteers on Tuesday 18th February.

 

Take this opportunity to find out what Hospice does, and learn about the role of volunteers in the kitchen. After this session if you are keen to proceed, you will need to fill in a full application form to attend our training day.

 

Full training day. Saturday 29 February 9:45 am - 3.30 pm. (You need to be accepted to attend this.)

  • Ability to prepare food
  • Reliable, trustworthy
  • Team worker

LOCATION

The Hospice, North Road, Dunedin

DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED

Shifts from 3:00pm – 6:30pm

1-2+ shifts a month

You will be added to a roster at times that will suit you.

SUPERVISION AND TRAINING

Training provided onsite

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

All volunteers undergo an orientation process which includes Criminal Convictions History Check.
