GARDENING - Volunteer Gardeners

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Volunteer gardeners are needed to maintain a small area of flower gardens around lawn, alongside a terrace (currently out of control) vegetable garden which is quite large and a smaller vegetable garden above the house.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Common sense, sense of humour, able to tell the difference between a plant and a weed.

SUPERVISION AND TRAINING

Orientation session and debriefs where applicable, open door policy for any issues that may arise.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Volunteers need to be aware this residence is primarily for Drug and Alcohol support.

Volunteers will be interviewed.
