JOB DESCRIPTION

Be the friendly face of Volunteering Otago welcoming visitors, assisting with inquiries, making appointments, providing administration support, liaising with clients, responding to emails, phone calls & guests

SKILLS REQUIRED

Able to fit into a small, quiet team, Friendly, warm personality, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Experience or prior training, Competency with Microsoft Office or Google Office Suite, Eye for detail and ability to prioritise, Reliable and organised

LOCATION

Ground floor, Community House, Moray Place, Dunedin

DAYS AND TIMES REQUIRED

1 or 2 regular shifts per week as arranged Monday to Friday

DRESS CODE

Casual smart

SUPERVISION AND TRAINING

Initial orientation and ongoing training in office procedures, including Better Impact database.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Commitment to attending regular staff meetings. Reimbursement available for mileage, parking etc
