Special Event/Field Trip - Madison Field Trip Jones 4th Grade
4th Grade Teachers at GD Jones are seeking volunteers to chaperone our 4th Grade Madison Trip; traveling to the State Capitol and Vilas County Zoo.
Volunteers will be responsible for supervising a small groups of students at both sites, along with their own student.
Please dress for walking and being outdoors for a portion of the trip. There will be lots of walking, standing and stairs as part of the tours.
Bus leaves 7:45am and returns 7:00pm on Thursday, May 21st.
Volunteers will ride coach bus with students to and from Madison. Please pack a sack lunch to bring along.

- Background Records Check Must be Approved
- Review the Volunteer Program Book Must be Read & Review
