Library Events & Programs - Magic Dave's Dino Rodeo Event Helper
We would love YOU to volunteer at this summer program for kids!
As a supplement to our Howdy Partner, Let's Read! Summer Reading, Douglas County Libraries is hosting Magic Dave's Dino Rodeo. Magic Dave will host the first-ever Dino Rodeo featuring some real western dino cowboys. Based on the book "Dinos Love Donuts" by Ben Okon.
Energetic and outgoing volunteers will help set up, assist with activities if needed, and put the room back in order at the end. No advance training is necessary. Library staff will show you how to help and will be present for ongoing support.
First time volunteering for Douglas County Libraries? Please email Jen Armendariz to schedule a required new volunteer orientation before your first shift.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
Qualifications Required
- What is your age range? Must be at least 14 years or older
