Community Service - Receptionist Half/Full-Time Position
Good morning, everyone,
As our community center continues to grow, we are looking for volunteers to help us welcome visitors and assist with answering phone calls. With a full calendar of activities planned throughout the year, as well as the launch of our after-school program in September, we anticipate a significant increase in daily visitors and inquiries.
We are seeking volunteers who are comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish, with enough proficiency to greet visitors, answer basic questions, and assist with most incoming phone calls.
Our goal is to build a team of volunteers so that shifts can be shared throughout the day. Ideally, volunteers would be available two to three days per week, allowing staff members and regular visitors to become familiar with them and helping create a consistent, welcoming environment for everyone.
