Tri-Cities - Special Event Program Activities - Tri-Cities - ERH Auxiliary 50th Anniversary Celebration
PURPOSE
To provide support services to the Volunteer Resource Department for the planning and coordination of the Hospital Auxiliary’s 50th Anniversary Celebration.
VOLUNTEER DUTIES

Volunteers will meet with Volunteer Resource Department staff to understand the event plan and assigned responsibilities

Working as a team, volunteers will assist with the following activities:
- Event decoration
- Event set‑up and take‑down
- Meet‑and‑greet of guests
- Wayfinding and escorting guests to the event location
- Taking photographs during the event
- Distributing name tags to guests
