Office / Janitorial - Advisory Board Member
The Advisory Board provides advice and acts as a liaison between The Salvation Army and the community. The Advisory Board interprets community needs and facilitates the development of resources, enabling The Salvation Army to respond to critical community needs.
A member of the Advisory Board will:
- Support and advocate for The Salvation Army’s mission, programs, and services.
- Provide focus and strategic vision to the corps and Advisory Board.
- Attend regularly scheduled Advisory Board meetings.
- Actively participate on at least one committee.
- Attend, support and participate in fundraisers and special events.
- Protect confidentiality of organizational matters, avoid conflicts of interest, and demonstrate loyalty to The Salvation Army.
