Library Events & Programs - Family Movie Night Helper
We would love YOU to volunteer at this summer program for children and families!
As a supplement to our Howdy Partner, Let's Read! Summer Reading, Douglas County Libraries is hosting Family Movie Night. Attendees will be watching the movie "Home on the Range" outdoors on Aloha Plaza East.
Energetic and outgoing volunteers will help set up, assist with activities, games, snack distribution, and clean up at the end of the movie. No advance training is necessary. Library staff will show you how to help and will be present for ongoing support.
First time volunteering for Douglas County Libraries? Please email Jen Armendariz to schedule a required new volunteer orientation before your first shift.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
Qualifications Required
- What is your age range? Must be at least 14 years or older
