Special Events - Event Team for Trunk or Treat 2026 GROUPS
🎃 Join Our Trunk-or-Treat Event Team! 👻
Help us make our Trunk-or-Treat fun, welcoming, and organized for all our children and families!
We are looking for volunteers to help at different event stations during Trunk-or-Treat.
🕒 Volunteer Time
Event: 4:30–7:00 PM
Please arrive on time so you can check in, receive your assignment, and be ready before families arrive.
🎉 Volunteer Stations
You can help with different activities, including:
- Registration & Welcome: Greet families, help with registration, and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Music & Audio: Help with music, announcements, and making sure the sound is working throughout the event.
- Food Station: Help serve and distribute food and drinks to children and families.
- Photography: Help take pictures of children and families during the event and capture special memories.
- Activities: Assist with games, activities, and other fun stations throughout the event.
- General Event Support: Help wherever needed to keep the event organized, safe, and enjoyable.
You don't need special experience—just bring your smile, energy, and willingness to help! 💛
