Literacy Services - English Conversation Club
This is a fun and informal program, where English as a Second Language learners gather in a safe environment to practice their spoken English. Volunteers will not be teaching English but rather facilitating by leading members in topical discussion. They would explain vocabulary/grammar as it comes up in conversation. This would be a perfect opportunity for a retired or current teacher, college student, or anyone with strong English skills and a desire to help other.
Qualifications Required
- What age category do you belong to? Must be at least 18-20
- Interview/Screening Must be Completed -Yes
- Screening: Community Learning Must be Completed
