Position Title: Survey Caller

Purpose:
To conduct telephone surveys by reaching out to individuals and collecting data on various topics, ensuring accurate and reliable information is gathered for research purposes.

Responsibilities:

1. Making Outbound Calls: Contact individuals by phone to conduct surveys.
2. Following Scripts: Use provided scripts to ask survey questions and record responses accurately.
3. Data Entry: Enter responses into the computer system accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensure all collected data is kept confidential and used solely for research purposes.
5. Reporting Issues: Report any issues or problems encountered during calls to the supervisor.
6. Meeting Targets: Achieve daily and weekly call and survey completion targets.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain professional.
• Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus.

Time Commitment:
Flexible hours, typically part-time. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Training:
On-the-job training provided to familiarize with survey scripts, data entry systems, and company procedures.
