Do you enjoy staying active and value the company of a walking buddy? Join our Allied Health Walking Groups.
Our Allied Health walking groups help to promote physical activity among older adults. Including increased motivation and opportunities for social interaction.
Accompany and support our Allied health staff during our group walking sessions and help foster a friendly environment. Through engaging in conversations with our clients, you will make our clients feel valued and connected. Your presence and support will contribute to creating an inclusive and vibrant environment which encourages physical activity and engagement.
The essential details: You are enjoy physical activity outdoors and getting to know new people.
You will have support with screening, induction and ongoing guidance provided by your Volunteer Coordinator.
Role hours:
Wednesdays at 9am and Thursdays at 11am on a weekly basis.
