- Checks in campers and collects campground fees
- Maintains excellent customer service while representing the park on and off duty
- Provides information to park guests
- Opens the gates at 7 am and closes the gates at 9 pm
- Provides assistance to campers while on duty
- Alerts full time staff to any issues with campers
- Alerts full time staff to any facilities that need attention
- Follows daily policy and emergency procedures
- Provides firewood and collects sales
- Completes multiple daily rounds around campground to maintain presence
