Your Role as an Environment, Garden Facilities Volunteer
- Help maintain gardens and outdoor spaces to create a welcoming environment
- Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and general garden care
- Assisting with simple upkeep tasks around the service (e.g., tightening loose fixtures, light cleaning of outdoor furniture)
- Supporting staff with basic facility maintenance
- Encourage residents to enjoy our outdoor spaces
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, patient, and reliable person who enjoys helping others
- Someone who loves working outdoors, nurturing plants, and tackling simple fixes
- Willingness to follow staff guidance, safety procedures, and site protocols
- Comfortable working independently as well as alongside staff and other volunteers
