Become an Ice Cream Angel! 🍨 

Our aged care facility at KIrra is looking for a fun-loving volunteer to join us every Friday . 

If you enjoy chatting with older people and spreading smiles, this role is for you! 

Help prepare our ice cream trolley, then deliver delicious frozen treats room-to-room while engaging with residents and staff. 

Finish the afternoon with an ice cream and helping pack away. It's a sweet way to brighten someone's day and make a real difference in your community! 😊

📍Location: BlueCare | Kirrahaven aged Care, 5 Appel st Kirra Qld 4225 

👉🏼 About Us: Walking through bright residential corridors and common areas with an ice cream trolley or cart. 

The workload is enjoyable and manageable, focused on serving ice cream and engaging residents in friendly conversation. 

Volunteers move throughout the facility, delivering treats room-to-room and visiting residents in communal areas. 

There is no heavy lifting. 

The pace is relaxed, allowing time to connect with residents and create meaningful moments during each visit.

💍 Commitment: Get started from as little as 1-2 hours Weekly
