December 5th  - Great Las Vegas Santa Run Located this Year at The Magical Forest 6300 W Oakey Blvd.

9AM-Noon - Set Up - Pre Race Party 

12PM - 3:30PM Course Volunteers/Finish Line

2:30PM-5:30pm - Tear Down/Magical Forest After Party  

• ARRIVE EARLY! During race day, parking locations will be restricted and streets may be blocked off. Please plan to arrive early enough to park and report to Volunteer Headquarters to receive your service location and report to it no later than 30 min prior to your shift start.
• Due to large footprint of event, we ask volunteer to park in the assigned lot for volutneers - more info to come.
• Please check in and be flexibile to service location.  We will do our best to assign prior to race day, however changes happen and your flexibility is appreciated. 
• Course Volunteers - please plan on being at your assigned location no later than 12:30am.  Race start is 1pm.  Once race starts it will be difficult to report to your assigned area in a timely manner. 
• Groups will receive their volunteer assignment the week of November 23rd.  Groups will also receive a time to pick up materials needed and volunteer shirts during this time.  This will allow you to report directly to your service area on race day! 
• Individual volunteers and "day of / walk up" volunteers are asked to report to Volunteer Check In, located TBA -  Individual Volunteers will receive a t-shirt while supplies last.
