 Let's Celebrate!  Join us at the DCL Graduation Ceremony.  Volunteer help is needed to set up for the graduation ceremony.  We recommend volunteers bring a water bottle, wear comfortable shoes and a snack for the shift.  Volunteers should be able to carry heavy objects. They will be asked to move tables, chairs or large furniture.  They will also move items in boxes, crates, etc. They will be setting up decorations.  They may be asked to handle food and beverage items.  They will be directing guests during the event, greeting guests and greeting or directing vendors.

Please wear all black.

Library staff provide support and direction.

First time volunteering for Douglas County Libraries? Please email Brenda MacIntosh to schedule a required new volunteer orientation before your first shift.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
