Your Role as an Environment, Garden & Facilities Volunteer
- Help maintain gardens and outdoor spaces to create a welcoming environment
- Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and general garden care
- Assisting with simple upkeep tasks around the service (e.g., tightening loose fixtures, light cleaning of outdoor furniture)
- Supporting staff with basic facility maintenance
- Encourage residents to enjoy our outdoor spaces

- Friendly, patient, and reliable personality
- Enjoy working outdoors and with plants
- Ability to follow staff guidance and safety procedures
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
