Special Events - Set-up party for Trunk or Treat 2026 GROUPS
🎃 Join Our Trunk-or-Treat Setup Team! 👻
Help us get everything ready for a fun and memorable Trunk-or-Treat event!
We are looking for volunteers to help with decorating, setting up, and coordinating the event before it begins.
🕒 Volunteer Time
Setup & Preparation: 3:00–5:00 PM
Please arrive on time at 3:00 PM so we can work together to have everything ready before families and children arrive.
🎨 What Will You Help With?
- Help decorate and prepare the event area.
- Assist with setting up tables, decorations, and activity areas.
- Help organize the Trunk-or-Treat space.
- Support the event team with coordination and last-minute preparations.
- Help make sure everything is ready by 5:00 PM.
- Work together as a team to create a welcoming and fun environment for our families.
No special experience is needed—just bring your energy, teamwork, and willingness to help! 💛
