Missouri Archaeological Society (MAS) Staff
Providing instruction and leadership in archaeological field survey and laboratory training activities to MAS program participants at Eleven Point State Park.
Maintain any park facilities utilized in a clean and orderly fashion, including the bunkhouse, stone house, ancillary buildings, and any camping areas used by participants. Assume responsibility for any cleaning, set up, and break down associated with program activities, and with the housing and training of program participants.
Ensure program participants understand and comply with Missouri State Park rules and regulations.
Ensure program work activities remain within areas of the State Park previously agreed upon between MAS and DNR-DSP.
Work collaboratively with State Park employees.
Other duties as assigned and agreed upon.
Work may entail exposure to sun, rain, heat and other natural environmental elements, including potential exposure to biting insects (e.g., ticks, spiders, mosquitos, gnats, etc.) and plants that may cause irritation (e.g., poison ivy, stinging nettle).
