Activated Insights Survey Call to Action

Breeze Park Volunteers: We are launching our Annual Resident Survey with Activated Insights, and we need your help to ensure its success!

Survey Goal

The goal of the survey is to gather valuable feedback from our residents to improve our services and community experience. The survey will be sent via email and includes a personal code for each resident to complete it electronically.

Launch Event

Join us on Launch Day: Tuesday, October 7 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 am in the Breeze Park Chapel. We will begin assisting residents with the survey and continue support throughout the survey period. Sign up for flexible volunteer shifts to help complete the survey by the 24th of October.

Ongoing Volunteer Support

Volunteers are needed to assist residents in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and the Care Center (CC) with completing the electronic survey. Your support will help ensure a high completion rate and meaningful feedback.

Resources Provided

Breeze Park IT will supply tablets for survey completion. Breeze Park staff will provide training for all volunteers to ensure you are prepared to assist residents effectively.
