Special Event or Field Trip - Madison Field Trip 4th Grade - Herwig
Maine Elementary is seeking volunteers to chaperone our 4th Grade Madison Trip; traveling to the State Capitol and Vilas County Zoo.
Volunteers will help oversee all students throughout the trip, but will spend most time with a small group; responsible for supervising and guiding those students at both sites and on the bus.
Please pack a lunch and dress for walking and being outdoors for a portion of the trip. There will be lots of walking, standing and stairs as part of the tours.
Tuesday, May 5th 6:00am to 5:30pm
Bus leaves 6:00am and returns approximately 5:30pm.
Volunteers will ride the bus with students to and from Madison.
Please pack a lunch to bring along.

- Background Records Check Must be Approved
- Review the Volunteer Program Book Must be Read & Review
