Our commitment to volunteers We value the positive and extensive contribution that volunteers make to our community. We are very fortunate that there is strong engagement with volunteers within Council and as a result we have limited vacancies. Volunteers are involved extensively across Council including:
We accept volunteers aged between 12 years to 92 years. You will find our current vacancies on this page and can apply if you find something of interest. Should you not find a current vacancy of interest, we recommend you explore opportunities with other volunteer involving organisations in the Toowoomba region using either the Volunteering Queensland or Toowoomba Community Directory platforms. |

We also aspire to make the volunteer experience an enjoyable and rewarding one for those that partake in our programs. Council volunteers are managed, supported and resourced following the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement, developed by Volunteering Australia. |
