The personal information on this form is collected under the authority of Section 11 of the Municipal Act, 2001. The information will be used for determining your eligibility to volunteer with the City of Mississauga (“City”) and for administering and managing the City’s volunteer engagement function. The information may also be shared with organizations relevant to the position applied for.
