Volunteer Policy
This document constitutes the entirety of the agreement between the Volunteer and Full Circle Cats. It further provides for the release of liability of Full Circle Cats, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliated organizations.
On behalf of myself, my heirs, assignees, guardians, personal and legal representatives, and executors, I hereby release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify Full Circle Cats, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliated organizations for any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, liabilities, settlement agreements, damages, and expenses connected with activities covered by this agreement, whether caused directly or indirectly by any negligence (active or passive) attributable to the Full Circle Cats Parties, except for those injuries caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct of the Full Circle Cats Parties.
By volunteering with Full Circle Cats, I affirm that I understand and accept the risks associated with volunteering and agree to adhere to the policies laid out in this agreement.
