Organization Policies
In order to volunteer for any event with Parks Tacoma Race Crew, individuals are required to sign up for any event they wish to help out with through Better Impact.
Race volunteers should expect to be on location an average of an hour and a half before and after each event and will be responsible for locating the Volunteer Manager to check in and receive instructions. Each volunteer will be responsible for logging their own time-in and time-out hours on their Better Impact volunteer profile.
There are many ways volunteers can help out, including:
- Course setup and take down crew
- Registration table crew
- Aid station crew
- Course Monitors
- Other duties as needed
