Organization Policies

This year's Application deadline is February 28, 2026.

You must be 16 years old or older to volunteer with the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival.

For those volunteering at The Big Picnic and Sakura Days Japan Fair, an online volunteer orientation will be held via Zoom. The sign up for training will be posted once the date has been determined.
