  • Ushers are expected to pleasant, be courteous and professional towards all patrons. 
  • Ushers should keep their personal opinions to themselves and should speak positively about all ECC Arts Center performances when they are on duty. 
  • Ushers must be respectful towards all cultures and patrons. 
  • Refrain from using cell phone or electronic devices during a show.
  • ECC is a smoke-free campus.  Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the buildings.
  • ECC is a firearms and weapons free campus.
