What data do we need from you and why?

Before you fill in the information required on the next few pages, we wanted to take a minute to let you know why we need this information about you, and how it will be treated.

  • We will use the emergency contact details that you provide for the purposes of making contact in the case of an emergency.
  • Please be assured that we will always store your information securely and will only share if requested by research councils for their diversity reports. We will keep your information for the time that you are a student and then for 6 years afterwards.
