WHS Foster Questionnaire Agreement
Thank you for your interest in joining the Winnipeg Humane Society (WHS)'s volunteer Foster Program. If you have a MyImpact account through another organization or if you are a current volunteer with the WHS, please enter your username & password. If you do not, or are unsure, please first set up your MyImpact account.
Join our awesome Foster Team by first reviewing and then agreeing with the below related to your interest.
1. I am at least 18 years of age or older to apply for a Foster Parent Role. If you are under this age, please consult with your parent/guardian and have him/her/them complete the application.
2. I authorize the WHS to collect and retain my personnel information in connection with a voluntary role.
3. I authorize Volunteer Services to check my previous dealings with the WHS to determine my suitability as a Foster Parent.
4. I will review the WHS Foster Agreement and then submit my authorized form prior to picking up an animal to foster.
5. I understand that providing false information on this application may prohibit me from fostering animals with the Winnipeg Humane Society.
6. I understand and agree that submitting this form does not automatically register me as a WHS Foster Parent. Certain qualifications outlined for the Role must first be met, including an initial conversation and training.
