Thank you in advance for your interest in volunteering for the Hunter’s Hope Foundation!

Please be mindful that all volunteers are a representation of the Hunter’s Hope Foundation, and are a vital part of making our events successful.  Because of this, the following applies to all volunteers and must be honored throughout the duration of each event.  If any of the standard requirements are broken, you will be asked to leave your position and may not be asked to volunteer for future events.

Volunteer Agreement Policy

  1. All volunteers are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages at any point throughout the event.

  2. No volunteer will at any point request autographs from Jim and Jill Kelly, or any other celebrity making an appearance at the event.

  3. All volunteers will treat the Hunter’s Hope staff, other volunteers, and event guests with courtesy and respect.

  4. All volunteers will remain in their designated positions throughout the course of the event. Each position is vital to making the overall event a success; therefore, it is imperative that you are in that position at all times.

  5. All volunteers are asked to clean up after their shift ends. The breakdown process does not begin until the event is complete and all guests have exited.

  6. Hunter’s Hope is not responsible for any items you bring to the event; therefore, we recommend you leave personal belongings at home or in your car.
