Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Cowichan Valley Basket Society CVBS).
CVBS collects only the personal information required for the purpose of providing programs and services, complying with legislation and general business practices. The information collected on this form will be used solely by the Food Bank. It will not be rented, traded, sold, distributed or shared to any other person, company, organization or agency.
Your Privacy and those of our guests is important to Cowichan Valley Basket Society.

- I understand that inappropriate discussions of confidential information could harm our clients, volunteers and staff’s right to privacy.
- I understand that volunteers should not expect any financial or material gain by volunteering at the CVBS. They are able to get a hamper if needed and are registered.
- I recognize this agreement remains in effect after my involvement with the CVBS ceases.
- I understand that failure to maintain confidentiality could result in disciplinary actions.
