Volunteer Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that I am applying for a volunteer position and that I will not be paid for my services. If a volunteer relationship is established, I understand that CBMM has the right to terminate this relationship at any time. I understand that I am personally responsible for reading and abiding by the policies and procedures contained within CBMM's Volunteer Handbook, which I will receive upon clearance as a CBMM volunteer. I acknowledge that violation of these policies and procedures may result in correctional action. I hereby certify that all of the above declarations in this application are correct to the best of my knowledge.
