Application Policy

MTN AMBASSADOR PROGRAM RULES & EXPECTATIONS

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Ability and willingness to interact with community members at various venues

• Reliable transportation

• At least 18 years old

• Comfortable accessing digital training and communication platforms

(i.e. Zoom, Google Hangouts, Facebook live, etc.)

• Exhibits energy and enthusiasm when discussing donation with the public

• Comfortable navigating volunteer management software

• Knowledge of donation and transplantation

• Ability to pass criminal, sex offender and Motor Vehicle Report (MRV) background checks

• Submit and execute two community events per year as approved by the Community Engagement Coordinator

• Uphold standards outlined in the Ambassador Code of Conduct

• Uphold standards outlined in the MTN Behavioral Competencies

• Maintains confidentiality across all sites and events as outlined in the Ambassador Confidentiality Agreement
