Volunteer agreement
We ask all volunteers to sign a volunteer agreement prior to starting with us. This agreement describes the arrangement between you and Norwood.
Norwood values and appreciates all its volunteers and their important role in supporting us to deliver services to the people we support and their families. - A name line manager who is there to support you
- A full volunteer induction
- Training that is required for your role
- Reimbursement of agreed expenses
- Fair and equal treatment in your role

- Be professional, courteous and enthusiastic in your role
- Give us notice if your are unavailable
- Be receptive to constructive feedback
- Fulfilling your role to the best of your ability
- Maintaining confidentially at all times
- Following policies and procedures
- Discussing any concerns with your line manager
