Volunteer Terms and Conditions
In order to protect the privacy of our students, visitors and volunteers at Pella Community Schools are required to read and follow these confidentiality guidelines.
Please refrain from discussing any information about a student that you would not want publicly shared about your own child. This includes, but is not limited to, details regarding grades, academic progress, counseling, behavior, discipline, social concerns, and financial matters. If you are unsure whether something is sensitive, do not discuss it until you have received proper authorization.
By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read and understood this confidentiality policy in its entirety and agree to comply. I also authorize the school district to conduct a criminal background check, as well as checks against the sex offender registry and the adult/child abuse registry.
We kindly ask all volunteers to agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information by checking the box below.
