Volunteer Application Process

Thank you for your interest in making a difference in our community and supporting students in our schools!

We are excited about the opportunity to have you as a volunteer, and appreciate your time and effort in completing our registration process. Please know that our team is dedicated to carefully assessing each application to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.

When all the California Education Code requirements are met, the Human Resources Department will notify the school that you are cleared to begin your volunteer work. This includes:

Submitting this online application
Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance (all volunteers)
Fingerprint Screening (volunteers who directly supervise students without an on-duty District employee, including driving and chaperoning field trips)
Driver and Vehicle Information (drivers for field trips and other activities, including Middle School After School Sports)

Please remember to always confirm any volunteer services with the Principal, classroom teacher, or parent/teacher organization before you begin.
