Group Volunteer Waiver Requirements

BEFORE FILLING OUT THE GROUP APPLICATION, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

All organizations must fill out this entire Application before volunteering with the Town
Individuals 18 or older must complete a waiver on site prior to volunteering
For Minors (under 18) a parent or guardian signature is required on the waiver. Groups will be sent this document to complete and upload prior to volunteering
