Youth and Family Voices Network Policies
Welcome to the Youth and Family Voices Network Volunteer page! Please read the following statement before moving forward to the application.
As a Youth and Family Voices Network member, I agree to:
- That if I am a youth member I am between the ages of 12-24 years of age.
- Or I am a caregivers or a family member of children and youth who experience mental health challenges.
- Record any time that I volunteered as a member at least monthly in MyImpact, with the exception of scheduled shifts I have signed up for (these will be recorded automatically).
- Attend meetings when possible.
- Treat others with respect.
- Come forward if I think I have been treated unfairly, and support others to do the same.
- Adhere to CASA's Code of Conduct (you can view and sign the document before submitting your application).
- Adhere to CASA's Confidentiality Agreement (you can view and sign the document before submitting your application).
I declare the information filled in this application is true and complete. I understand that any false information provided may be cause for denial of a volunteer placement or dismissal after placement and my volunteer status may be immediately revoked by CASA at its own discretion. This information will be used to process my eligibility for a suitable volunteer position.
